DISASTROUS FLOODS TN CHINA. Shanghai, 'Sept. 13. Floods in the Chili Province have rendered three millions homeless and destitute. Many have been drowned, and. there lias been tremendous destruction o'f property. There are also great floods in the Honan, Hupeh. and Hunan provinces. Much of Northern China is impassable except in boats. THREE MILLION DROWNED. Received Sept. 14, 8.10 p.m. Peking, Sept. 13. In the great floods three million were drowned.
