BOWLING.
BANNER MATCHES. At a meeting of delegates to the Taranaki Bowling Association at New Plymouth yesterday a resolution wsu carried that owing to t;.e difficulty of fixing up satisfactory sections for the Banner competition, these be discontinued, and that tku clubs be asked to send delegates to discuss the matter at a special meeting to be held in Stratford on Thursday, 27th inst.
