ANTI-GERMAN RIOTS. PREMISES BURNED. Buenos Ayres, Sept. 13. Officials state 1 that unless the Germans disavow the Minister's action there may be a rupture. Vast crowds joined in the anti-German rit is, stoned the Legation and set fire to a German newspaper ctfice. tbloeks of German business houses (have been burned by mobs, and the wildest disorder prevails. The mob set lire to the German Club, one of the finest edifices in the city, and to the premises of a newspaper.
