ITALY'S FORCES. AUSTRIAN,? IN GREAT STRENGTH. Received Sept. 13, 5.5 p.m. Rome, Sept. 12 The War Minister states that Italy lias now mobilised 4,200,000 fighting men. The Auatrians have more than twice as many troops on the Italian front as at the beginning of the war, besides twothirds of her best artillery and an abundance of ammunition. The Italian front comprises four hundred miles, about equal to the entire West front. NO SHIPPING LOST. ENJ3MYi ATTACKS REPULSED.
