The metropolitan race mee*ings in Victoria would be reduced by two (?) meetings, in Xew South Wales by 37, West Australia by 18. and Queensland by 72. The number of trotting, pony, and country meetings would also be reduced, while unregistered meetings would not be permitted. Boxing contests of 20 rounds would be allowed onee a fortnight.
