RUMORED GERMAN TERMS. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE New York, Sept. 10. A report has been circulated among tiplomats in Washington, purporting to 9« the German peace terms, and is attracting considerable interest. Til* term* include the restoration of Belgium, Northern France, Serbia and aoumaiiia, to be paid for by the sale of (he German colonies to Britain. AUace ud Lorraine will be independent .States. Provision is made for disarmament and international police, and the freedom of the seta, with 'Britain controlling the English Channel until the Dover-Calais hmntl is constructed. BLATTERING PRESIDENT WILSON. New York, Sept. 10. The United Prat publishes an interHew in Berlin *ith Herr Scheidemann irho states that President Wilsun can -ining immediate peace if he arts in support ,of hi* words. Further bloodshed is unnecessary, if America accepts Germany's assurance that she will democratise herself within a generation. Tbe interview is interpreted at indicating that Herr Scheidemann is still the tool of the militarist Jankers.
