DATE OP FIRST BALLOT, By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Sept. 11. It is expected that the first ballot of the Second Division will be drawn in the last week in October. Class A will probably provide two if not three ballots. In the First Division 7(i7.> remain. It is expected that an amending Act will obviate the necessity of .calling them up by ballot.
