RAILWAYMAN'S SUICIDE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Angus Kennedy, a railway employee '/ind a single man, to-day committed suicide by opening an artery in his arm with a razor. The body was found in a bath. VESSELS HELD UP BY SEAMEN. Wellington, Last Night. The total number of vessels held up at Wellington to-night owing, to the trouble with seamen is fourteen.
