REVELATIONS CAUSE A SHOCK. Washington, Sept. 9. The Swedish Minister hero is thunderstruck at the disclosures. He declare:; that it is improbable the Swedish Minister at Buenos Ayres knew the contents of the dispatches, otherwise lie would not have allowed them to go forward. The Swedish Commissioners who are visiting the United States to arrange for food shipments nit shocked at the disclosures. and have telegraphed to the Foreign Office for an explanation. The Swedish Legation officials believe that the Buenos Ayres Legation was duped, because tho Ambassador there was an invalid and unable to attend to business personally.
