WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Northerly gales and rain were experienced in the northernmost districts on Sunday and unsettled conditions havo since overspread the Dominion. Rain was reported to-day in many parts, with variable and strong winds. The disturbance is now centred off the west coast of the North 'lsland. Present indications are for northerly winds, strong to gale, backing to southcrlies northwards of New Plymouth and Napier; increasing south-easterly winds elsewhere. Expect unsettled, cloudy and misty weather, with rain generally and snow on high country in the south. The barometer will fall in a short time, but rising everywhere soon.
