A FURTHER WAR LOAN. Melbourne, Sept. 7. In the House of Representatives Sir John Forrest introduced a Bill to authorise the raising and expending ot SO millions for war purposes. It is proposed to issue immediately the prospectus of another war loan for 20 millions. DESTRUCTIVE FIRE. Sydney, Sept. fl. A fire at the Harbor Trust shed at Miller't, Point destroyed copra valued at £IO.OOO. LOSS OF THE '•CUMBERLAND. Brisbane, Sept. 0. The Government has 'added £IOOO to the reward offered for information relative to the explosion which caused the loss of the Cumberland. The total reward now offered is £SOOO.
