ANGLO-BELGIAN ADVANCE. A JUNCTION EFFECTED. London, Sept. 0. A Belgian East African communique states: Before the converging advance of the Anglo-Belgian columns tho enemy has retired to the south bank of the Kilimbero. An enemy detachment on the river Santo was attacked on August 24 and driven southwards. The Anglo-Belgian columns junctioncd at Trakara, on flie northern bank of the Kilimbero.
