ROUNDING UP THE ENEMY. Lon3on, Sept. 5. East Africa official: An Anglo-Belgian column from Iringa, junctioned with tho Belgians from Kilossa. The Belgians crossed the Flanga towards Meliange. W« inflicted severe losses on tho enemy retreating from Mehange. Many are surrendering in the southern area.
