CABINET TO RESIGN. ATTITUDE OF SOCIALISTS. Times Service. Received Sept. 0, 9.'40 p.m. Paris, Sept. 6. The Cabinet is likely to resign on'the 7th, leaving M. Ribot free to form a new Ministry. The attitude of the French Socialists importantly affects the crisis. They are holding a congress at Bordeaux on October 0 to define their attitude towards the new Ministry.
