"W'OTICE 13 hereby given that in pursuance of the provisions of Bylaw 78 (Sub-section 60) of the By-laws of the Borough of NewPlymouth, the New Plymouth Borough Council has, by resolution, fixed the following streets and portions of streets through which cattle may be driven, buw nothing herein shall bo deemed to permit horses to be driven loose through thf said streets: South Road from Western Boundary of the Borough to Belt road. Belt road from South road to Devon street. Devon street from Belt road to Cutfield road. Outfield road from Devon street to Powderham street. Powderham street from Cutfield road to Morley Btreet. Morley street from Powderham street to Vivian street. Vivian street from Morley street to Carrington road. Carrington road from Vivian street to Pendarves street. Pendarves street from Carrington road to Eliot street. Eliot street from Pendarves street to Leach street. Leach street and Leach street extension, from Eliot street to Waiwaka terrace. Waiwaka terrace to Mahoe street. Mahoe street from Waiwaka terrace to Ngaio street. Ngaio street from Mahoe street to Paynter's lane. iPaynter's lane from Ngaio street to Devon road.
