SWITZERLAND'S CHOCOLATE EXPORTS. Received Sept. 3, 10 p.m. Paris, Sept. 2. Switzerland has agreed to reduce its exportation of 46,000 quintals of chocolate to the Ontral Powers to 24,00/0. The surplus will he diverted to the Allies.
