Leading junker newspapers declare that the Reichstag does not represent the people, and are organising a campaign in favor ol ita dissolution. Fan-German organisations are deluging Dr. Mkhaelia and General von Hindeoburg with resolutions denunciatory thereof. BREACH OF FAITH WITH POLAND. Banter Service. Zurich, Sept. 2. Germany has committed another breach of faith with Poland, where the I National Council, formed under German auspices, has resigned owing to a Ger■an order sending the go-called Polish Ifcgion to the Austrian front in defiance pt-the agreement. MALNUTRITION CAUSES DYSENTERY. Berne, Sept. ?. An epidemic of dysentery is general la Germany and Austria. It is attributed to malnutrition.
