THE EMPIRE.
FINAL OF "GLORIA'S ROMANCE" TO-NIGHT. BIG TRIANGLE FEATURE, "THE WEAKER SEX." Three Triangle stars in one great play give special strength to "The Weaker Sex," being screened at the Empire tonight. Dorothy Dalton, Charles Ray, and Louise Glaum all have parts which suit them admirably. Dorothy Daltort as the pretty young woman lawyer who marries an attorney is wonderly fascinating, and acts with adorable charm, looking the part to perfection. Louise Glaum as "The Leopard Woman," is in the role of siren, which she plays so well, and eminently seductive she is, and obviously heartless. Charles Ray, as the wellintentioned, rather weak young man about town, is also exactly fitted, and the whole play goes with swing and vim to its dramatic finish. The court scene is one of the best in drama, containing no improbabilities, and the villain's breakdown under Dorothy Dalton's clever questions is complete. The questions are really clever, too, and not the usual standard of matter put on the screen in this class of scene. The mystery of the murder is inexplicable until the last. The popular "Gloria's Romaneo" reaches the final episode, tonight with "Love's Reward," a feature of which is the gorgeous wedding scene.
