(3) Whether there is not danger of such a policy having the ell'eet of lowering the price of pigs to farmers and prejudicially affecting those who are not shareholders of the company, and of increasing" the price of Iwcoii to consumers, thus following to some extentdoubtless, unintentionally—the methods employed by the American Meat Trust? (4) Whether this matter is not one requiring investigation bv the Board of Trade?
