A LESSON TO GERMANY. London, Aug. 27. The three German air raiders have been buried with military honors at Margate. PRAISE FOR ROUMANIA. London, Aug. 27. The Press Bureau says that Mr. Lloyd George has sent a message to the Premier of Roumania on the anniversary of her entry into the war, paying a tributo to "Rbwnania's courage and endurance in the cause of freedom against autocracy. "This cause can never fail, however long its triumphs are delayed, .the recreation of Roumanians army and the resistance it 13 now making against the enemy under difficult conditions is a magnificent example of the strength that freedom inspires in a free people. It is also a proof of the Allies' determination to win."
