The Roumanians, counter-artaeTdng, re-occupied the trenches eastward of tho Pocsani-Ajud railway, and teat off attacks westward. REPRESSING ANTI-EETOLimOiN-KTS. Received Aug. 22, 835 p.m. Petrograd, Aug. 21. The Government has given the Minister of War p.nd Interior dictatorial powers to arrest and deport anybody susipected of anti-revolutionary tendencies.
