The report was adopted. - ; : " ELECTION OF DIRECTORS. The retiring directors, Messrs Connett, Colson and H. C. Sampson, were re-elect-ed, and' Mr. J. H. Street was elected in placo of (Mr. Bundle, who has left the district. Mr. Tunbridge was re-elected auditor. Mr. W. Ogle was re-appointed cowtester* for the ensuing year. After a -big discussion it was decided that whereas in previous years the company has paid the testing fee, each owner sball in future pay 2s per year for .each cow tested. It was decided to increase the company's contribution for agricultural instruction to Is per ton of cheese and also to give the Bame amount to the Tarahaki Agricultural Society.
