NEW WAR REGULATIONS.
RESTRICTION ON NATORALISKD * ALTSSiS . By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Additional war regulations are published to-night to provide for tie issue of a license by the Attorney-General to an enemy alien, who has been naturalised, to engage in foreign trade. It is made unlawful for any other person to act as agent of an alien enemy who has not such a license to engage in foreign •trade. Other regulations read that no person stall otstruet or otherwise interfere with or impedo any member of the military police in the execution hf .liis duty. No person shall incite or encourage any member of an expeditionary force to resist or assault any member of the military police in the executidn' ol bis duty.'
