ROUMANIAN CAMPAIGN. OFFENSIVE DEVELOPING. London, Aug. 15. Russian official: Roumanian troops 'continued the counter-offensive, occupied the village of Slanic, and dislodged the enemy from the heights south-west of i Grozeehti. The offensive ia developing. ' 'Russians and Roumanians repulsed at-! tacks in the direction of Focsani, also in llie region of Maksiiuani. The enemy occupied a height "westward of Okna. ! The Roumanians reputed attacks in ■ tho Casimi Valley. Our counter-attack di'ove out the enemy, who penetrated our trenches near Kredcheni. EX-CZAR AND FAMILY REMOVED. DESTINATION UNKNOWN. Received Aug. 16, 8 p.m. PetTograd, Aug. 15. The Czar and family were removed from Tsarskoc Selo to a destination to be announced later. Complete secrecy shrouds their removal, which was resolved upon in tho middle of July upon political and military grounds by the Provisional Government, without consultation with the Soldiers' and Workmen's Cpuncil. Every precaution was taken to ensure their safe removal.
