NORWAY.
PROSECUTING GERMAN SPIES, Received Aug. 13, 8.45 p.m. Christiania, Aug. 14. The Tidenstenen states that as a result of investigations into the bomb plot (cabled on July 14) the Government is prosecuting seven Finns and two Germans, all' in the pay of the German ij.pionage headquarters at Stockholm. Thay are accused of espionage, also of transporting many trunks of explosives from Germany to Norway.
