EARLY CLOSING OF BARS.
LOBBY GOSSIP AS TO GOVSBNMEAT'S DECISION.

Well-informed, lobby gossip asserts that the Government's proposal in connection with the liquor question will be for open bars from 0 a.m. till 8 p.m. It is understood, the matter has received some consideration from Cabinet.
