A Hovel provision of the Bill is that every child, though no longer obliged to attend elen:3utary schools, phall attend continuation schools, receiving fall time education up to the age of •utwn yean, and part time to the age of tigbtec* years. The latter time i- to be takes from the employers' time, aiid fi to be given in the daytime.
