Wellington, 'Last Night. There appears now to be a reasonably strong probability that the Governawafc will submit to the House ft proposal for the reduction of the age limit for mitt" tary service -with the Bxpedifcionaay '■ Forco from 20 to 10 years. The poo-' posal is certain to meet with opposition, in the House. A year ago it mould iuvn been defeated, but many meaflvaa idll support it now to defer the sending, of' - married men. If adopted, the reduction of the age will bring in 900Q men, from whom it should be possible to obtain sufficient for three drafts of USD mm each. This would postpone the calling; up of the Second Division until, idggl or May of next year. '"" '^
