WESTRALIAN POLITICS. Received Aug. 9, 10.50 p.m. Perth, Aug. 9. Parliament will be dissolved on' the thirteenth, and elections will take place on the nineteenth September.
NORWEGIAN FISHING BOATS LOST, Christiania, August 8. Seven Norwegian fishing vessels and ninety of the crews have been lost in a storm off Greenland.
