'The death is announced of Mrs. Sophia Lower, an old and respected settler of Karori, Wellington, in her ninety-fifth year. Born at Merton, in Surrey, aha arrived at Wellington with her husband and family in tho ship Oliver Lang im 1850, and had lived in Karori ever sine*. Mr. Harry Hall, director of the Lowgarth factory, will be leaving far tho training camp.
