General BrusiUof! reported that the retreat had now assumed a more organised character, whereas {he enemy was acting with uncertainty. At the judicial inquiry into the revolution, it w decided to charge Lenin and save* other leaders with high treason. Subscriptions to the Liberty Loan exesed three milliard* of roubles.
