Tlie Evening Post's Washington correspondent says he learns on high authority that Herr Zimmerman admitted Germany had a copy of the Austrian ultimatum to Serbia fourteen hours before it was gent to Serbia. AX OFFICIAL REPORT. Beecived Aug. 5, 5.5 p.m. London, Aug. 4. A wireless German official report states: Xo important attacks have been made in Flanders owing to the rain. We raided to the south-westward of Le in trey and took a pri-ot number of prisoners, consisting of French black troops. We crossed the frontier north-west-ward of CzernoTitz and re-occupied Calicia, Trith the exception of a narrow stretch from Brody to Zbaraz. We are xdraneirg rapidly."
