Mr Johnson has been dairying for 18 years, most of the herd being his own breeding, and selected from the best cows. All the estate and interest in fee simple in that piece of land containing six acres three roods thirty-seven perches (Gac 3ro. 37per.), more or less, being Allotment Ten (10) Part of Subdivision Nineteen (19) of Section 43 Block Ten (10) Ngairc Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title registered in Volume 43 Folio 7 Taranaki Registry Subject as to the land above described to Memorandum of Mortgage Number 31995 securing the sum of £523 - 0 - 0 and interest thereon at the rate of seven pounds ten shillings (£7 -10 -0) per centum reducible to six pounds ten shillings ( £0 - 10-0) per centum per annum.
