THE EMPIRE.
WILLTAM FAHNTOt AT THE MATLS'EE TO-DAY.
The star at the matinee this afternoon will be the Fox feature, "The Man From Hitter Roots." with William F.iTiium in the lead. This is a strong, Vigorous stcry of the West with Farnum as the hero, and a manly, straightforward character that appeals to the best in the young mind. Supporting films include the side-splitting Fox comedy. "Tlie Cloud Tunclier," and a humorous picture, "Mammals Strange Forms," a study of strang monsters in a Now York Zoo.
TO-KIfiHT.—"T7IE GIRL WHO DOESN'T KNOW."
To-night will see the final screening of one of the most successful programmes ever presented at this popular house. Both the big, features, "The Girl Who Doesn't Know," and "The Man From 'Bitter Roots," will be showing, and either picture is worth going a long way to sec. In view of the certainty of 'a crowded house, intending patrons would bo wise to reserve their seats at Collier's.
