Tn the life time of every town occasions arise when valuable properties, comprising acres in area are cut up into suitable building allotments, and these occasions provide opportunities for acquiring sites that aro rarely otherwise obtainable. On August 4 (Saturday next) Messrs L. A. Nolan and Co. will sell by auctioij at their mart, on behalf of Mr E.
