GERMAN VESSELS CAPTURED, BUT DRIFT INTO NEUTRAL WATERS.

London, July 31;

An official report from The Hague says that British submarines shelled the Batavier and Zeweeuw, off Texel, oatsida territorial waters. The vessels fled into Dutch waters and tho German crews abandoned them, whereupon a submarine entered Dutch waters and placed a crew on hoard the Batavier, which navigated the Zeweeuw towards the open sea. When a Dutch torpedo-boat arrived the current had driven the vessels into Dutch waters and tha prize crew abandoned the Batavier. The submarine (disappeared directly the torpedo-boat displayed the signal "Suspect our neutrality."
