By Telegraph ; — Press Association. Wellingon, Last Night. An anti-cyclone has enveloped the Dominion, and decreasing southerly winds have prevailed. 'Present indications are for fair weather generally, but unsettled at times ill the e.vtreine north anil south. Freshening northerly winds are likely in the mirth-west districts, moderate and variable breezes, with southerlies prevailing and veering to northerlies, showery elsewhere. The barometer has little movement.
