A sensation has been caused in Get* many by an article in the •Kr-'iiz Zeitung stating that the Emperor and entire, army are in agreement with the Conservatives' -war aims. Copenhagen, July 25. -The National Tidende's Berlin correspondent states that no great German offensive is expected in future. The Reichstag's majorities for ipeace action are due to the fact that they .prefer peace now; they are convinced that they cannot get ibetter terms six months hence. They believe that Germany is unable to obtain victory and dictate terms, although she cannot he defeated and cannot defeat the Allies. The people were greatly deceived because England was not forced to abandon the war before the harvest through the submarines.

TAINTED GERMAN REGIMENTS WITHDRAWN. Received July 36, S.I-.") p.m. Amsterdam, July 20. - L'Echo de iTielge states that three, German regiments have been withdrawn from the front, being suspected of a revolutionary spirit. The Kaiser, when visiting the Eastern front, addressed the troops and distributed decorations.
