WITHDRAWAL OF ALLIED TROOPS. MARTIAL LAW IMMINENT. Received July 24, 7.10 a.m. Athens, July 23. The Government has been notified that all Allied troops have been withdrawn from Greeue, except the battalions in the occupied districts of Epiru£, pending negotiations that ore proceeding between th© two countries. Several Greek newspapers declare that the declaration of martial law ia imminent.
