The Washington correspondent of the Xew York Times states that an official report has been received in Washington that Germany has completed a small number of submarine!) capable of submerging to 200 feet. The achievement adds to the submarine problem, as this type of submersible will he able to dive under the nets. It is believed that this is part of Germany's frantic endeavor to prevent the bottling of U boats in the Baltic and elsewhere.
