ENCIRCLING MOVEMENT CONTINUES. ENEMY DRIVEN FROM STRONG POSITIONS. Received July 20. 9.20 p.m London, July 19. Ean African official: We continued our encircling movement southward and south -westward of Kilwa, reaching to within l'/s .niies of Mt. Sharama, after cutting roads through dcm;e bush. We drove out the enemy from strongly defended positions on the Ruipa river. Our columns are now moving towards Fakaras. Operos and Mahenge. The entire enemy force in the Scogea area has been driven towards Mahengc. In co-opera-tion with the .Portuguese we occupied Coemle, and pursued the enemy for u0 miles north-eastward.
