Received July 19, I'l.aO p.m. Ottawa, July 19. Sir R. Borden (Premier), in view of the Liberals' opposition, states that the does not propose to ask the Imperial Parliament to extend the life of the Canadian Parliament. The exiting Houses expire on October 7, and the elections will follow.
