RENDERS are invited under Section 57 of the Schedule to the West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1892, for the purchase of the leases of Subdivisions 7 and 11, Rimutauteka Block, Block XIV, Waitara Survey District, containing 196 acres 2 roods and 198 acres respectively for a term of 21 years, with right of perpetual renewal, as provided by the said Act.
