REINFORCING THE SOUTH AFRICAN BRIGADE. Received July IS, 10.50 p.m. j Capetown, July 17. There were demonstrations throughout the Union on the anniversary of Delville Wood, 'wherein the South Africans were prominent. A great effort is being made to reinforce the South African Brigade, which was in danger of being withdrawn as a separate unit.
