j NEW SOUTH WALES POLITICS. Australian Cable Association. Received July 17, 9.25 p.m. Sydney, July 17. The Lieutenant-Governor opened the second session £f the new ■ Parliament. Among the promised reforms are adequate provision for returned soldiers, amendments of the Industrial and Arbitration and Life Insurance Acts. Mr. Storey proposes to launch a censure motion against the Governmnet for neglecting after-war problems,"failure to protect wheat stocks, unfair appointments to the Legislative Council, cancelling Norton Griffith's contracts, and failing to make adequate provision for shipbuilding.
