THE VANGUARD FATAJJTY. London, July 16. The death-roll on the Vanguard, which was sunk while at anchor by an internal explosion, was 804. LOSS OF~THE VANGUARD SUSPICIOUS. Received July 17, <1.30 p.m. London, July 16. The Standard states that there is a certain striking coincidence between the loss of the Vanguard and another loss that led to strong suspicion of foul play.
