ARGENTINA BREAKING WITH GERMANY. Buueos Ayres, July 15. Argentina's severance of relations with Germany is expected hourly. The report of the German Minister sneered at the torpedoed Argentine ships as "rat traps," and this, coupled with Germany's failure to answer the ultimatum as cabled on July 3 and 5, has aroused the bitterest feeling, i Misruel Ortiz, a former Minister of j the Interior and other prominent Argentinians, speaking at a dinner to French veterans, said that Argentina would Boon be aligned with the Allies.
