NEWSPAPERS SUPPRESSED. ■ Amsterdam, July IS. The Lok*l Anzeigsr and The Tag have keen suspended for declaring that the retention of Herr von Betlimaiui-Hollweg was due to interference from Vienna, which does not desire Prince Bulow as Chancellor. The Loknl Anzsigcr declares that the Austrian Government must not interfere in Germany's internal affairs. Prince Bulow is the only nun able to extricate Gennanv from the ditch in which Herr von has plunged her. The Zcitung learn* from an authoritativ source that the action of Herr Erzeberger (leader of the Centre Party) was due to the Vatican's requests. The Pope is anxious to be a peace mediator.
