PLOT TO DESTROY SHIPPING. _____ i DY33AMITERS ARRESTED. Received July 14, 5.5 p.m. Copenhagen, July 13. Two Finlanders named Standvik and Handstrofim, have been arrested at Christian!* implicated in the plot of 1916 to destroy railway bridges and hamper transport from Finland. Rantenfiid supplied them with bombs resembling bricks, and they went to Vardor harbor in December to try and blow up ships conveying goods to Russia. In April they went to Kinkeraes on a similar mission against the Norwe-gian-British trai&c to Russia.
