Eepublican cordon round Peking is complete, and there is nothing for the Imperialists tout surrender. The latter are resigning their positions wholesale. COLLAPSE OF IMPERIALISTS. " Peking, July 11. Chang Hsun has handed over the control of the gendarmerie. Trains leaving Peking are searched to prevent suspects escaping. Fenglinkno, general of the Imperialists, was thus arrested disguised in civilian attire. It is reported that Chang Hsun has taken refuge in the British Legation. The majority of his troops are within the Imperial Palace.
